Ability to learn will be above everything else in importance-empowering people to grow in effectiveness and help their companies achieve desired objectives.

The glass ceiling in women's career

Talking about the senior managerial positions, the number of women managers is pretty low. It's not because women don't work hard or they are not as good as men. It's called glass ceiling which means when women reach a certain point in her career, it's hard for them to go any further. How does it happen?
