We have many cat lovers, and 99% of them know that the cats carry vermins, but maybe you would never believe ABC's latest report, that your lovely kitten may make you crazy.

However, scientists would like to give such opinion some applause. Tolly, director of Stanley Medical Research Institution, Maryland, is one of them. Actually, Mr. Tolly's focusing on a project, from which he'd like to make out whether a kind of vermin found in cat dung may make the owner be troubled with schiz in a certain period. Tolly says:"Most people would never think it's logical that the vermins can trigger schiz, anyway, it's still a new idea."

For long, scientists have found out that the vermins in cat dung could threat pregnan women and children's health, but till nown they still can't confirm whether there lies any direct relationship between such vermins and shciz. Tolly says that people who raise cats during their childhood have 53% more chances than others to be crazy. Meanwhile, he also reaches the conclusion that if the children're still live on breast milk, and you unfortunately have any cats in your home, the children's rate of getting schiz will raise by 51%. 

Mr. Tolly would also like to emphasise that such cases can indicate nothing, since more prudent researches are necessary before reaching to any final conclusions. At the same time, he suggest that people should think twice before accept cats as their family members. "As to me, I would never take the risk to buy my kids a kitten." He says.

Medical writer Johnson shows his challenges to Tolly's remarks. He also says, it's true that vermins in cats can result in a series of diseases, but our immune system will control the risk. As to the preganent women, serious patients and HIV infectors, since their immune systems are weakened, they're more easy to be exposed to the risk of the vermins.
