| Trusting Again |

Once you've been burned in the past, it may seem like you will never be able to trust again. Many patterns can develop after a particularly heartbreaking experience, but you need to do your best to break out of these patterns so you can move on with your life. One particular pattern that many heartbroken women find themselves in is the thought that any relationship is better than no relationship. We may become so afraid of ending up alone after having a relationship not work out, that we are tempted to settle for anything. Another pattern some women may find themselves in is the inability to trust. We assume that all of our relationships will end the same way our past ones did. Because someone gave us a reason not to trust in the past we decide not to let our trust be broken again. The easiest way to do this is to simply not trust, and not let anyone in. The best way to get over these feelings revolve around being healthy and making the right choices. Take care of yourself, get enough sleep, put good things into our bodies, and avoid bad things, exercise regularly, and spend time with family and friends who we know we can trust. At times like this it is important that you have a network of support to turn to, which is one of the many reasons that you should never forget your friends, even when you are in those early stages of the relationship when there is nobody else that you want to be around.
